At Intel, I led the $9 Billion Global Gaming & Consumer Business, where I built an all-star team. We turned declines into high growth businesses, creating $2B in new annual revenue.

I founded Blue Iris Consulting to help clients solve their toughest business problems, with a special focus on Go-to-Market, Leadership and Transformation.

Hundreds of conversations with Senior Leaders led to creating The Simon Assessment - a tool to find and remove barriers such as bureaucracy, slow decision-making and risk-averse leadership.

The Simon Assessment became its own company. Its mission: to solve the Tragedy of Wasted Potential.
